Privacy Policy

• Account data: email, display name, role, organisation, country.
• Subscription data: plan status and billing identifiers held by our payment processor.
• Communication data: newsletter and deal-alert preferences, email delivery events.
• Technical data: request logs needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide the platform and your entitlements, send the communications you opted into, prevent abuse, meet accounting obligations, and measure aggregate usage.

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Resend — transactional and lifecycle email.

Account records are kept while the account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Email preferences are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not re-add you.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by writing to privacy@startups.bd. We respond within 30 days.

Directory entries describe organisations and publicly reported transactions, sourced from cited public material. If you believe an entry about you is inaccurate, contact us and we will review and correct or remove it.
